Ce poste est situé au bureau de Dentalcorp à Montréal. Vous reporterez au gestionnaire du service d’assistance informatique et du support de proximité et fournirez un support aux stations de travail pour notre personnel du centre de support ainsi que pour les cliniques dentaires. 

 

Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené à : 

  • Coordinate support with vendors and local IT providers 

  • Implement and support VoIP Telco issues  

  • Be responsible for staging and imaging hardware as well as deploying hardware 

  • Record, track and escalate incidents with ITSM ticketing software 

  • Setup user accounts and maintain system data across all applications  

  • Support, troubleshoot and identify trends of incidents/problems 

  • Resolve tasks within the Service Level Agreements 

  • Coordinate with IT teams on issues requiring escalation 

  • Mobile device support 

  • Assist with special projects as required

  • Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en support de proximité 

  • Expérience précédente en support de service d’assistance ou de bureau 

  • Maîtrise de l’utilisation et de la gestion d’Office 365 

  • Dépannage matériel (bureau/portable) : (Windows et Mac) 

  • Compétence rapide en analyse et dépannage des erreurs 

  • Expérience démontrée dans l’application des normes, politiques et procédures 

  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale 

  • Mentalité axée sur le client

This is a role located at Dentalcorp’s Montreal Office. Reporting to the Manager, IT Service Desk and Deskside Support you will provide workstation support to our support centre staff as well as dental clinics. 

 

In this role, you will 

 

  • Coordinate support with vendors and local IT providers 

  • Implement and support VoIP Telco issues  

  • Be responsible for staging and imaging hardware as well as deploying hardware 

  • Record, track and escalate incidents with ITSM ticketing software

What we’re looking for 

 

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing deskside support 

  • Previous IT experience in service desk or desktop support 

  • Proficiency in using and managing Office 365 

  • Hardware (desktop/laptop) troubleshooting: (Windows and Mac) 

  • Quick error analysis and troubleshooting skill 

  • Demonstrated experience enforcing standards, policies and procedures 

  • Strong written and communication skills 

  • Customer focused mentality
