The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage supplier accounts, verify invoices, reconcile statements, and prepare bi-monthly payments while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste Comptable — Comptes fournisseurs pour rejoindre notre équipe Finances et Administration. Relevant du Contrôleur, vous serez responsable de la gestion des comptes fournisseurs, notamment de la vérification et de la compilation des factures, ainsi que du rapprochement des relevés de fournisseurs.
À propos du rôle:
- Réviser et saisir les factures des fournisseurs
- Examiner et réconcilier les états de compte
- Maintenir à jour la base de données des fournisseurs dans le système comptable
- Préparer les paiements à émettre bi-mensuellement
- Réviser et approuver les rapports de dépenses des employés, en s'assurant de la conformité aux politiques internes.
- Prendre en charge la tenue de livre des cartes de crédit corporatives (AMEX) et obtenir les justificatif appropriés
- Être le contact principal auprès des fournisseurs pour toute question ou suivi
- Participer à la réconciliation des comptes bancaires
- Participer activement à la fermeture de mois
- Gérer les commandes de fournitures et achats divers pour le bureau
- Toute autre tâche connexe de l'équipe Finance
À propos de toi:
- DEC ou DEP en comptabilité ou autre diplôme pertinent
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire en comptabilité
- Bonnes connaissances de la suite Microsoft Office, dont Excel
- Souci du détail exceptionnel
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et bonne gestion des priorités
- Débrouillardise et autonomie
- Forte préférence pour le travail d’équipe
- Capacité à performer dans un environnement changeant
- Souci d’effectuer un travail excellent et imputabilité
- Bilinguisme, français et anglais
- Connaissance de NetSuite (un atout)
- Connaissance de ExpensePoint, Expensify, Cleemy (un atout)
