Principales Responsabilités
- Reçoit les demandes de soumissions des clients et prépare le dossier
- Prépare la soumission en collaboration avec l’ingénierie et l’équipe d’approvisionnement
- Reçoit les commandes des clients et exécute le transfert à l’équipe de gestion de projet.
- Communique l’avancement des offres au client sur une base régulière
Qualifications Requises
- 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
- 3 ans d'expérience en préparation de soumissions
- Expérience dans un environnement industriel
- Maitrise d’un ERP (SAP préférablement)
- Bilinguisme français/anglais*
- Vous devez avoir l'autorisation légale de travailler au Canada et toute offre d'emploi est conditionnelle à la réussite d'une vérification pré-emploi

Main Responsibilities:
- Receive submission requests from clients and prepare the file.
- Prepare the submission in collaboration with the engineering and procurement teams.
- Receive client orders and execute the transfer to the project management team.
- Communicate the progress of offers to the client on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in customer service.
- 3 years of experience in submission preparation.
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in an ERP (preferably SAP).
- Bilingual in French/English. *
- You must have legal authorization to work in Canada, and any job offer is conditional upon successful pre-employment verification.
