Description

As a Solution Architect specializing in Data/AI at HSO, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation of cutting-edge data and artificial intelligence solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into innovative and scalable technical solutions. With your expertise in data architecture and AI methodologies, you will guide our clients through their digital transformation journeys, helping them leverage the full potential of their data assets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data and AI solutions that address client business needs and challenges;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives;
  • Presales activities including demo stories, RFP responses and quoting;
  • Overseeing the Demo environment;
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and help elevate their skills and performance;
  • Engage with clients to understand their data ecosystems, and provide thought leadership on best practices in data management and AI;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in data and AI technologies to continuously enhance HSO's offerings.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect focusing on Data/AI solutions;
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, machine learning, and AI technologies;
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform and it's data services;
  • Experience with Azure DataBricks, Fabric.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
