Responsibilities:
- Manage software implementation projects, specifically customer onboarding, platform migrations, and integration projects.
- Clearly define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) effectively to track progress and maintain documentation.
- Prepare accurate project status reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing software projects, particularly onboarding and migration projects.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- PMP or PMI certification is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead technical teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
