Role overview
As a Software Engineer, you’ll join our team to plan, build and deliver enterprise software solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with teammates (technical and non-technical), learn quickly, take on new responsibilities, and deepen your engineering skills. Ownership, good communication and a growth mindset are key.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop software according to specifications (SRS, interface designs)
- Work as part of a team: participate in code reviews, pair programming, collaborative problem solving
- Contribute ideas and improvements to the development process and stack
- Write tests and participate in ensuring quality (unit tests, functional tests)
- Assist with estimations, task planning and time management
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks and practices, and share your learnings with the team
The ideal candidate
- Around 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer, ideally with several recent projects in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, GoLang, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java
- A bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent experience in a software-related field
- Comfortable working in French and English
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Interest in both front-end and back-end development
You should be proficient with
- Full-stack web development (front-end + back-end)
- Modern client-side framework or library (React, Angular, Svelte, etc.)
- Development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Generative AI-assisted Development (Github Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.)
- Writing automated tests (unit, integration)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
It’s a plus if you have experience with
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Containerization / virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Mobile app development
- Microservices architecture
- Domain-Driven Design or other advanced design patterns
