Software Development Intern - GeoCoding

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support IT infrastructure maintenance, including servers, workstations, and cloud-based systems.
• Help configure and install software, applications, and system updates.
• Respond to IT support requests from employees and assist in resolving technical problems.
• Document IT issues, solutions, and best practices for internal reference.
• Participate in IT security initiatives, such as system monitoring and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with IT teams on ongoing projects related to digital transformation and system upgrades.
• Learn and apply IT best practices to improve efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and networking principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, cloud technologies, and IT troubleshooting methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Bilingual (French and English) preferred.
