Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support IT infrastructure maintenance, including servers, workstations, and cloud-based systems.
- Help configure and install software, applications, and system updates.
- Respond to IT support requests from employees and assist in resolving technical problems.
- Document IT issues, solutions, and best practices for internal reference.
- Participate in IT security initiatives, such as system monitoring and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with IT teams on ongoing projects related to digital transformation and system upgrades.
- Learn and apply IT best practices to improve efficiency and security.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and networking principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, cloud technologies, and IT troubleshooting methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Bilingual (French and English) preferred.
