Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies with a focus on geofencing technology. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and using geofencing to target potential customers based on their location. The ideal candidate will also have experience with HubSpot, capable of extracting and analyzing reports and data to refine and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Geofencing Strategy: Develop and implement geofencing campaigns to target specific geographic areas, driving local engagement and generating leads for CapCity Roofing.

  • Content Creation: Create and manage high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and posts, tailored to attract and engage the target audience.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.

  • Lead Generation: Utilize geofencing and other strategies to identify and capture leads, converting potential customers into actual clients.

  • Data Analysis: Extract and analyze reports and data from HubSpot to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions.

  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to align social media strategies with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on geofencing and location-based marketing.

  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot, including extracting, analyzing, and interpreting reports and data.

  • Expertise in content creation, graphic design, and lead generation.

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision-making.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative and engaging social media content.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
