We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist with a focus on video content to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content tailored for our social media platforms, driving brand awareness, and fostering community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create high-impact, platform optimized video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Turn crypto and fintech topics into digestible, engaging, and platform-optimized video content.
- Collaborate with the growth and product teams to align video content with overall brand strategy.
- Maintain an agile content cadence, responding to breaking news, industry trends, and social momentum in real-time.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt video content to engage our audience and maximize reach.
- Track and analyze video performance metrics to guide content strategy and improve engagement.
- Proven short-form content creator with a portfolio of engaging, high-performing videos.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
- Comfortable executing across the full content lifecycle — from concept to post-production.
- Familiar with current social video trends, platform algorithms and their respective audiences.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving, data-informed environment.
- Passionate about cryptocurrency and the fintech industry
- Previous experience creating content in regulated or technical industries is an strong asset.
