Job Description

CIMA+’s Project Management team is at the forefront of delivering construction projects across a wide range of industries, including institutional and heritage buildings, healthcare, public transportation, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing. Our project management team is looking for construction a site coordinator to work on multiple institutional projects located accross the South Shore of Montreal. You will work in collaboration with construction project managers to ensure site control and coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site set-up and management, from opening to closing, with the project manager and contractor
  • Coordinate and plan service interruption requests, workarounds, welding permits, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety measures
  • Support the project manager in the management of hazardous materials

Qualifications

  • DEP, AEC, DEC, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant construction experience that has enabled you to develop a solid understanding of project management and mastery of related techniques
  • Fluency in written & oral French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft MS Office suite
  • ASP Construction card
