Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you play a mission critical role in conceiving and evolving our relationship with our clients.

What you'll do here:

Reporting to the Manager, Engagement Design, your main responsibilities are:

  • Crafting human-centered experiences that exceed user expectations and achieve business objectives; – producing any CX/UX artifact required to propel projects forward.

  • Collaborate with the user research team to uncover research needs and plan research activities; – ensuring we have the right user insights to drive our design and product strategy.

  • Assist in user research activities as needed: usability tests, interviews, diary studies, etc.

  • Synthesize user data from multiple sources, translating insights into actionable recommendations and creative solutions.

  • Presenting work to executives and stakeholders. Develop compelling stories and visual elements to communicate ideas.

  • Collaborate with a wide range of roles from UI designers, copywriters, researchers, to product owners, legal advisors and marketing specialists.

  • Being an ambassador of user-centered, data-driven design.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX Design.

  • Expertise in usability, user-centered design and design thinking practices.

  • Expertise in facilitation, design research, and strategy.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and guide others towards clarity.

  • Ability to present ideas to senior management.

  • Mastery of design tools (Figma etc.)

  • Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
