As a Sr. Territory Manager, you will establish positive relationships and demonstrate your industry expertise to drive top line sales growth for PPG. You will report to the Senior Sales Manager and cover the Province of Quebec. Come join the PPG team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership team in the planning, targeting, engaging, and closing large new body shops.

  • Support existing strategic PPG accounts in their efforts to improve body shop process and increase profitability.

  • Mentor sales staff to secure potential strong regional strategic accounts.

  • Understand competitors, their offerings (products and services) and develop counter measures.

  • Maintain account target list with profiles; identify industry trends and develop initiatives to meet needs such trends may demand (e- commerce, insurance companies, supply direct).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • 5+ years of related experience; Previous collision centre experience preferred.

  • Experience using a CRM software system.

  • Up to 50% overnight travel required.

  • This role will cover business requirements for the whole territory of Canada and hence requires a bilingual (French-English) candidate.

Principales responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de direction dans la planification, le ciblage, l’engagement et la fermeture de nouveaux grands ateliers de carrosserie.

  • Soutenir les comptes stratégiques existants de PPG dans leurs efforts pour améliorer le processus de l’atelier de carrosserie et augmenter la rentabilité.

  • Encadrer le personnel de vente pour obtenir des comptes stratégiques régionaux solides potentiels.

  • Comprendre les concurrents, leurs offres (produits et services) et développer des contre-mesures.

  • Tenir à jour la liste cible des comptes avec les profils ; Identifier les tendances de l’industrie et élaborer des initiatives pour répondre aux besoins que ces tendances peuvent exiger (commerce électronique, compagnies d’assurance, approvisionnement direct).

Qualifications

  • Un baccalauréat ou une expérience équivalente est exigé.

  • 5+ ans d’expérience pertinente ; Expérience préalable en centre de collision de préférence.

  • Expérience de l’utilisation d’un système logiciel CRM.

  • Jusqu’à 50 % de déplacements de nuit sont nécessaires.

  • Ce rôle couvrira les besoins opérationnels pour l’ensemble du territoire du Canada et nécessite donc un candidat bilingue (français-anglais).
