What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex AI initiatives that drive our digital-first marketing transformation. You will serve as a Scrum Master, project manager, while also overseeing AI model governance across the lifecycle. Your technical expertise and leadership will ensure our AI projects are executed efficiently, meet regulatory and ethical standards, and deliver measurable business value.

How you’ll succeed

  • Program & Project Management - Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI and data science projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Scrum Master - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach team members on Agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement for high-performing teams.

  • AI Model Governance - Oversee governance processes for AI/ML models, ensuring compliance with regulatory, ethical, and risk management standards throughout model development, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Business Systems Analysis (BSA) - Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams.

  • Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with data science, engineering, marketing, risk, and compliance teams to ensure project objectives are met and business needs are addressed.

  • Reporting & Documentation - Provide regular project updates, maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, governance processes, and project artifacts.

  • Process Optimization - Identify opportunities for process improvements in project delivery, AI model lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.

Who You Are

  • You have a ­­­­­­­­­Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • You demonstrate 7+ years’ experience in technical program management, with a strong background in AI/ML project delivery.

  • You can demonstrate proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Hands-on experience in AI model governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance and a demonstrated ability as a Business Systems Analyst, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • You have a practical understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and governance best practices.

You have active project management skills (planning, execution, reporting, risk management) and familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and project management frameworks.
