We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer with 5+ years of experience to help us scale world-class teams across engineering, product, and business functions. This role requires a creative, data-driven professional who thrives on building pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and shaping sourcing strategies for high-impact hiring. You’ll play a critical role in accelerating our growth by finding exceptional talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring goals, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing campaigns using multiple channels (LinkedIn, Juiceboox, job boards, talent communities, referrals, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified passive candidates for current and future roles.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to guide hiring strategies and identify new talent pools.
- Leverage Boolean, X-ray, and advanced search techniques to target niche or hard-to-find talent.
- Maintain accurate data within the ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and provide weekly pipeline reports and insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, marketing, and leadership to enhance employer brand visibility.
- Coach and mentor junior sourcers, sharing best practices and tools for sourcing excellence.
- 5+ years of sourcing experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven success sourcing for technical and non-technical roles across multiple geographies.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Juiceboox, and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline quality, conversion ratios).
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed recruiting team.
- Experience supporting global scaling initiatives, including building talent pipelines for international markets.
- Background in diversity sourcing and building inclusive candidate funnels.
Compensation is expected to be between $120,000 - $150,000 in base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
