  • End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Own the entire recruitment funnel—from initial sourcing and screening to interview coordination and final offer negotiations—ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for every candidate.

  • Talent Sourcing & Diversity Initiatives: Proactively research and implement innovative methods to reach both active and passive candidates. Building and maintaining a diverse talent pipeline for current and futur needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Professional HR designation (CRHA/CRIA, CPHR) — an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within complex, fast-paced, or multi-location organizations.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Mastery: Proven experience managing the entire hiring lifecycle. From initial sourcing and screening to the final offer and the crucial first steps of onboarding, all while maintaining a top-tier candidate experience.

  • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Strong track record in proactive sourcing—using networking, social media, and various job boards to build deep talent pools.

  • Stakeholder Management & Advisory: Experience advising hiring managers and leaders on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, candidate assessment, and inclusive hiring approaches.

  • ATS & Recruitment Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, etc.) and recruitment analytics tools, including reporting and data-driven decision-making.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Autonomy: Operates with a high degree of independence within assigned business units or functions, managing full-cycle recruitment and providing guidance to leaders with minimal day-to-day supervision.

  • Critical Thinking: Considers all key variables in a situation, applies established criteria, and makes logical, objective decisions for most day-to-day challenges.

  • Business Judgement: Consistently applies legal and policy knowledge to make sound decisions on common business matters (e.g., contract negotiation, policy interpretation) and knows when to escalate high-risk cases.

  • Bilingualism (French & English): Achieves professional working fluency in both languages as we have employees located outside of the Quebec province. Can independently translate complex documentation, manage high-stakes client communication, and lead formal meetings and training sessions in either language.
