The US base salary range for this full-time position is 100,200.00 USD - 125,200.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Administer day-to-day operations of DraftKings' global equity compensation programs with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Support equity communications and education, helping employees understand program value and policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve case tickets in a timely, clear, and compliant manner.
- Reconcile transactions and data, including grants, terminations, tax withholding, and share counts.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to Payroll, Finance, People Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
- Process equity grants and other transactions with an understanding of related accounting, tax, and legal implications.
- Maintain full compliance with SOX controls and internal policies.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience administering stock plans, including Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs), at a publicly traded company.
- Deep knowledge of global equity award types and jurisdictional requirements.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or ECA Level One certification preferred.
- Proficiency with equity platforms and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working cross-functionally.
