Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Senior Specialist to execute marketing initiatives in Quebec and Ottawa.
You will work collaboratively with regional teams, marketing leaders and Centres of Excellence to deliver key marketing initiatives that support growth with target audiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns to support the Quebec and Ottawa marketing strategy and growth objectives
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with regional leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct research and turn data into insights to proactively support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Leverage market and client insights and marketing best practices to ensure initiatives are cohesive, impactful and responsive to market conditions
- Plan, oversee, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels and marketing tactics
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with the brand position and corporate visual identity guidelines
- Day to day liaison and collaborate closely the Marketing Centres of Excellence (COEs) throughout the planning, execution and reporting phases
- Provide event support on an as needed basis, including set-up and onsite support for events, manage all pre, during, and post-event logistics from beginning to end
- Provide list management support for events, email marketing campaigns, content, etc.
- Evaluate campaign performance, including return on investment tracking, delivering feedback, and providing debrief/post-event reports and analysis
- Develop and track project plans including budgets, approvals, key dates and milestones to ensure deadlines and deliverables
- Periodically travel to other locations

Your Experience and Education
- University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline
- 3-5 years of related experience in a marketing role
- Proven experience executing marketing activities across various channels and leveraging multiple marketing tactics and channels
- Strong project management skills to meet tight deadlines, steer several projects simultaneously and manage priorities
- Proven ability to undertake projects and tasks autonomously
- Clear and detail-oriented communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build strong relationships communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Disciplined, driven, self-starter with a commitment to continuous development and creativity
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a desire to learn new tools to increase productivity
