About the team
  • You'll join a team in the Greater Vancouver Area focusing on professional creators who want to dominate their category. You’ll prototype and build the next generation of AI enterprise solutions that could fuel massive growth.

  • You will collaborate closely with some of the world's top social media creators and leading enterprise teams to build tools and AI agents that streamline their creative workflows.

About the Role

As a Senior/Lead Solutions Engineer, you own the technical customer journey from pre-sales through long-term value realization. You combine deep engineering expertise (APIs, integrations, data security) with strategic advisory to drive Enterprise product adoption, influence product direction, and scale both customer and internal team success. You will personally deliver complex enterprise launches while setting technical excellence standards for customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional full-lifecycle customer experience from evaluation to full adoption and success

  • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales: value proposition articulation, requirements clarification, and product Q&A

  • Demonstrate business solutions through demos, use case scoping, and proof of concepts

  • Handle security and compliance questions using standardized materials, guiding customers to resources, and escalating complex requirements

  • Create and maintain public API documentation, guides, and FAQs based on common pre-sales requirements

  • Partner with Sales, GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for seamless evaluation-to-deployment experiences

  • Communicate customer goals and coordinate solution delivery

  • Build strong customer relationships while advocating internally for customer needs

  • Gather feedback, identify recurring requirements, and influence product roadmap development

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions/Sales Engineering) with large, global organizations

  • Proven track record delivering and scaling exceptional pre-sales customer experiences

  • Enterprise technical product experience preferred

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on engineering with strong TypeScript (and other modern language) expertise; delivers both production-grade integrations and rapid prototypes.

  • Experienced across major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); Docker; API design; auth patterns (OAuth2, JWT); SSO; multi-tenancy; and streaming architectures. Video engineering background is a huge plus.

  • Deep understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS compliance requirements.

  • Operates at high velocity with strong problem-solving skills; adept at frequent context switching; manages multiple concurrent projects with broad ownership and ruthless prioritization.

Communication & Leadership

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to translate AI and product concepts into clear value narratives for engineering and executive audiences

  • Humble attitude with eagerness to help others and continuous learning mindset

  • Commitment to AI agents that deliver business outcomes for enterprises.
