Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in San Antonio, United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and efficient enterprise-level solutions that align with our organization's strategic goals and technological vision.
- Lead the development and implementation of complex, multi-tiered architectural solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and document enterprise architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to meet business needs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements
- Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments for major projects
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
- Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate in vendor selection and management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, system integration, and data management
- Experience with security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF are highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or on-site assessments
