Location: Greater Toronto area ideal, though we welcome applications from across Canada.

Work arrangement requirements vary based on the unique business requirements for each client engagement we support, typically offering hybrid or remote arrangements — and we'll always be upfront about what's expected before you move forward.

Who You Are:

Senior Guidewire Developer with certification in one or more InsuranceSuite products. You bring technical depth and consulting instincts to client engagements, navigate complex delivery environments with confidence, and take pride in building trusted relationships and delivering results.

You don't need experience across every module or technical area, however, strong depth in at least one, combined with the right mindset, is what we're looking for.

A Glimpse of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform hands-on development and technical problem-solving within Guidewire environments
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
  • Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore team members

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in software development within P&C insurance technology or consulting environments
  • 5+ years hands-on Guidewire experience across one or more modules — PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, ContactManager, Digital Portals, or Guidewire Data Platform
  • Guidewire Certification required; Ace certification highly desirable though applications from those with Specialist and/or Associate designations will still be considered, ideally aligned to recent platform versions (within latest 1-2 releases)
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: configurations, integrations, or data and migration
  • Strong communication and leadership skills in client-facing projects
  • A consultative, collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and outcomes
