About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist or Senior Scientist with experience in bioanalytical mass spectrometry to join our dynamic method development team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of regulatory-ready bioanalytical methods for the quantification of a variety of therapeutic modalities including small molecules, biologics, biomarkers, and oligonucleotides, using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS).

What You'll Do Here

  • Develop and optimize robust bioanalytical methods using LC-MS in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Perform sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LC-MS instrumentation.

  • Write, review, and update method standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.

  • Collaborate with validation and operational teams to support successful method transfer and implementation.

  • Participate in client discussions, conferences, and scientific outreach activities.

  • Stay current with advancements in LC-MS technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement.

  • Adhere to Health and Safety protocols, including personal protective practices and laboratory upkeep.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field (graduate degree preferred) with 3-5 years of relevant experience in LC-MS bioanalysis.

  • Experience in sample preparation techniques appropriate to the analyte type (e.g., protein precipitation, solid-phase extraction, immunoaffinity, enzymatic digestion).

  • Proven ability to develop and troubleshoot LC-MS methods for bioanalytical applications.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex scientific ideas to various stakeholders.

  • Previous experience working in a GLP- and/or GCP-compliant bioanalytical laboratory is preferred.
