About the Role
We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Senior Solution Architect to join our team and focus on selling our professional services and managed security services. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their security needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales executives to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our cybersecurity professional services portfolio (e.g., penetration testing, security assessments, incident response, compliance audits) and managed security services offerings (threat monitoring, vulnerability management, SIEM & EndPoint).
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Understand client security challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight the benefits of our services.
- Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., security analysts, consultants, engineers) to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Deliver Workshops with prospects to help develop/identify new PS or MS based opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or pre-sales role, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and technologies.
- Familiarity with various security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security, SIEM).
- Experience with cloud security and managed security services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant industry certifications – CISSP or similar
- Experience with Splunk, Google SecOps, Microsoft E5, CrowdStrike and/or SentinelOne
- Experience in a consulting or professional services organization
