Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute the global sales enablement strategy to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Onboarding & Training: Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members.
  • Content & Tools: Partner with marketing, product, and operations to provide relevant, easy-to-access content, playbooks, and tools that support every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Coaching & Development: Partner with sales leadership to embed coaching frameworks and reinforce best practices across teams.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Align enablement programs with sales processes, methodologies, and CRM usage to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Performance Measurement: Define success metrics, track adoption and impact of enablement initiatives, and communicate results to leadership.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure sales teams are aligned, informed, and equipped for success.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Experience creating and scaling enablement programs for high-growth sales organizations.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and platforms (experience with HubSpot an important asset).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize program effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
