The Opportunity:

As our Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be instrumental in equipping our sales organization with the resources, training, and processes necessary to drive revenue and achieve ambitious goals. You'll be a key partner to sales leadership, working collaboratively to develop and execute enablement strategies that accelerate sales cycles, increase win rates, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs: This includes onboarding, ongoing training, product updates, sales methodologies, and competitive intelligence.

  • Create and curate high-impact content: Design engaging and effective sales tools and resources, such as presentations, demos, battle cards, case studies, and training materials.

  • Facilitate engaging training sessions: Deliver live and virtual training programs to ensure the sales team has a deep understanding of our platform, value proposition, and sales processes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and customer insights.

  • Measure and analyze enablement effectiveness: Track key metrics to evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Manage and optimize our sales enablement platform: Ensure our tools and technologies are effectively utilized to deliver content and track progress.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices: Continuously research and implement innovative sales enablement strategies and tools.

  • Support the development and execution of sales playbooks: Provide guidance and content to ensure consistent and effective sales execution.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement within a SaaS or software company.

  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering successful sales enablement programs.

  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent content creation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easily digestible formats.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and make data-backed recommendations.

  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for empowering others.

  • Experience in the translation and localization industry is a plus.

Located in Los Altos, California, Wordly is an exciting tech startup that is looking to grow its engineering and GTM teams! From virtual meetings to large, in-person conference venues, Wordly strives to provide high quality, real-time translation services in 50+ languages to anyone, anywhere. 

Wordly caters to numerous customers around the world which include local organizations and businesses; government entities; Fortune 500 companies; and much, much more. While this is a fully remote position, office space in Los Altos, California is available for San Francisco Bay Area residents that wish to utilize it.
