As a senior sales enablement advisor in the Business Development Administrative Department, you play an expert role to help promote wealth management among caisse network advisors and strengthen their conviction toward investment. You have in-depth knowledge of this network. You’re able to create stories for workshops and evocative data-driven scenarios as well as actively participate in creating marketing resources to support the business development team. You’re also responsible for leading their workshops. You lead and influence various contributors on wealth management and business development projects and initiatives for teams in product manufacturing, network implementation, marketing and compliance. Collaborations are frequent. You’re part of a dynamic team of B2B marketing experts, structured in agile mode, and your squad is dedicated to the caisse network. Work out plans and strategies to position and promote our wealth management offering, developing scenarios using financial data, emphasizing the importance of financial empowerment and meeting clients’ business development needs.

Actively contribute to promoting wealth management and the investment lineup of solutions by defining a clear roadmap for new products and changes.

Design and deliver business development and educational workshops based on caisse network advisors’ needs and investment solutions, with sales teams.

Improve product teams’ presentations and business development events by adding evocative scenarios, product illustrations, relevant data, etc.

Actively contribute to creating resources as well as marketing and educational content (curating newsletter content, developing workshops with storytelling, creating content for digital portals, etc.).

Collaborate and align business needs with teams in business development, products, caisse network, implementation, marketing, etc.

Update B2B documents about product lines, and upload them to our digital platforms.

Ensure competitive intelligence to gain insights into the Canadian and international markets.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor of business administration, finance or a related field

A minimum of six years of relevant experience

Knowledge of French is required
