Senior Sales DirectorAbout your role:
As Senior Director, Sales on the Clover team at Fiserv, you will lead the direct sales expansion across the Central region of Canada, driving revenue growth and market share. You will build and scale a high-performing sales organization, align regional execution to corporate objectives, and deliver integrated POS, payments, and software solutions that deepen client relationships and accelerate adoption.
What you’ll do:
- Drive revenue attainment by owning regional targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and execution across central sales teams.
- Translate corporate strategy into tactical regional GTM plans and measurable programs to accelerate acquisition and expansion.
- Architect and scale an outbound business development engine focused on lead generation, vertical expansion, and SDR/BDR enablement.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales managers, account executives, and business development managers to build a world-class sales organization.
- Implement and embed modern sales methodologies and enablement programs to increase close rates and deal velocity.
- Manage and evolve the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Catalyst, GEO) and sales operations processes to improve productivity and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, partnerships, and operations to optimize offer positioning and client success.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership and go-to-market strategy across enterprise and SMB segments.
- 8+ years of experience in payments and point-of-sale systems, including POS integrations and payments lifecycle knowledge (EMV, acquiring).
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) configuration, sales operations, and platform adoption; experience with Catalyst and GEO.
- 8+ years of experience implementing sales methodologies and frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- 5+ years of experience designing outbound SDR/BDR engines and using engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach).
- 8+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Executive stakeholder management and board-level reporting experience tied to regional revenue performance.
- Knowledge of the Canadian business landscape, channel partners, and market dynamics (merchant acquirers, ISVs, POS integrators).
- Certifications in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler).
- Experience partnering with product and engineering on merchant integrations and go-to-market for payments products.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdiction compliance considerations for payments solutions (PCI DSS awareness).
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
