A bit about the role…
The Senior Sales Compensation & Performance Analyst is a critical role to help scale revenue growth at Solink. This role will manage variable compensation for the entire Revenue org, including Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
WHO YOU ARE:

3+ years of experience managing sales compensation, including monthly commissions, bonuses, and SPIFFs.

Proficient with compensation management tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ) and Excel/Google Sheets for calculations and reporting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Proven track record of managing compensation planning cycles, resolving disputes, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

Experience driving process improvements and mitigating risk in commission workflows through automation and reporting enhancements

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Manage Monthly Commissions
-
Calculate monthly compensation, including commissions, bonuses, and SPIFFs.

Manage our compensation management tool, CaptivateIQ.
-
Prepare and send monthly reports to Revenue employees receiving variable compensation.

Prepare and present and monthly commissions summary to the CFO, CRO, CEO and Head of Revenue Operations.

Manage commissions disputes, escalations and adjustments.

Calculate revenue-share payments for partners.

Ensure all payments are accurate and submitted on time for Payroll deadlines.
Sales Compensation Planning

Recommend changes to our current Sales Compensation for the next fiscal year, including how we manage base/variable splits, target setting, compensation plan structure, and monthly commissions process administration.

Oversee our annual compensation planning process, establishing milestones deadlines, and ensuring all decisions and approvals are documented.
Sales Performance Analysis

Analyze Sales and CS performance, providing data-backed strategic insights and recommendations to the CRO and Head of Revenue Operations.

Act as an advisor to the Executive team on any matters that impact Sales Compensation. For example, Sales job levels.
Process Improvement

Identify ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our monthly commissions process through automation, plan design and reporting.

Identify areas of risk (ie. self-reporting, manual calculations, data reconciliation, etc) and deploy mechanisms to mitigate.
