The Senior Advisor, Risk is a key member of the Dealer Services Risk & Compliance team, working as part of the 1B (Business Risk) function. This role partners closely with business leaders and support functions to embed operational risk management practices into day-to-day activities. You will help implement and evolve the operational risk management framework, act as a trusted advisor to business units, and foster a proactive risk culture.

What you’ll accomplish with us

 As a Senior Risk Advisor you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Lead operational risk management activities, including investigations, risk event management, business continuity, RCSAs, due diligence, risk assessments, and employee training.
  • Prepare risk reporting and trend analyses for leadership and 2nd line stakeholders.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Support the development and enhancement of business policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with internal groups (IT, InfoSec, Legal, Operations, Sales, Group Risk Management, etc.) and contribute to audits, regulatory initiatives, and process‑improvement projects.
  • Represent the Risk & Compliance team in committees and meetings while promoting a strong, proactive risk culture across the organization.

 We’re looking for someone who:

· Is known for their strong organizational skills and the ability to management multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Stands out for their outstanding communication and presentation skills

· Demonstrates strong analytical and reporting skills,

· Has 5 to 10 years of experience within the financial services, ideally with exposure to an insurance or regulatory environment in an operational risk role·

The base salary range for this role is: $87 000 - $120 000 for a Senior level.
