We're looking for a Senior Reward Specialist to take our Total Rewards strategy to the next level - ensuring it's not only competitive and compliant across global markets, but also aligned with our mission to grow, scale, and retain top talent. As a Senior Reward Specialist, your primary goal will be to develop and maintain a consistent and strategic reward practice that supports MacPaw's business growth, enhances employee experience, and positions us as an employer of choice across all our locations.
In this role, you will:
- Enhance and operationalize Total Rewards processes across all our current and future locations (Ukraine, Boston, Cyprus, and beyond), ensuring country-specific compliance and regional adaptability.
- Lead market research to benchmark compensation and benefit trends, evaluate our current offerings, and propose improvements that balance employee needs with business efficiency.
- Design, refine, and communicate clear and scalable compensation and benefits policies, rooted in transparency, equity, and performance.
- Leverage technology - particularly HRIS (we use HiBob) - to streamline and automate reward-related processes, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks to support strategic workforce planning and enable data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Talent, etc.) on global reward-related initiatives and strategic projects.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Total Rewards, with a strong emphasis on Compensation & Benefits.
- Proven success in designing and managing international reward programs that align with business objectives and employee needs.
- Solid expertise in job evaluation methods, compensation models, and benefits structuring.
- Strong systems thinking, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with numbers and tools - advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with HRIS platforms (preferably HiBob).
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to present complex information clearly across various teams and levels.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
