About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team and be the go-to expert for revenue reporting, analysis, and insights. You’ll be responsible for collaborating directly with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and the Exec team to deliver accurate, actionable data — and use it to shape business direction.

This role has a dual mandate:

  1. Immediate impact – Improve the rigor, accuracy, and depth of our current reporting and inspection.
  2. Long-term build – Define metrics, standardize reporting, and design scalable processes for projects like territory design and capacity planning.

You’ll succeed if you can move fluidly between technical work (SQL, Python/R, BI tools, Salesforce) and high-level communication - turning data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.

Our Ideal Candidate

You are technically skilled with a strong business sense. You don’t just pull the numbers - you understand what they mean, spot patterns others miss, and know how to share a compelling, concise story with the data.

You will succeed here if you:

  • Have the confidence and clarity to understand and present insights to executives
  • Take ownership from start to finish — from raw data to business recommendation
  • Are proactive in uncovering trends, risks, and opportunities without waiting for a request
  • Can balance short-term deliverables with long-term system-building
  • Thrive in a role where your work directly influences go-to-market strategy

You probably won’t enjoy this role if you prefer to work only on predefined analyses, avoid stakeholder interaction, or are uncomfortable challenging existing definitions and processes.

What you’ll do:
  • Own end-to-end revenue reporting - accuracy, timeliness, and relevance - across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance
  • Conduct deeper analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, delivering clear recommendations to stakeholders and execs
  • Define, document, and maintain company-wide metric definitions and data governance standards
  • Champion larger data-driven projects, such as territory management/design, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting improvements
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Collaborate with RevOps leadership to improve inspection processes and proactively address performance risks
  • Act as a technical and analytical resource for cross-functional teams, advising on data best practices and feasibility
Who you are:
  • 3–5 years in a Revenue, Business, Insights, or FP&A Analyst role (SaaS preferred)
  • Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake or BigQuery preferred)
  • Intermediate Python or R skills
  • Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to other RevOps tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, HubSpot, Clari)
  • Experience in SaaS B2B, especially supporting GTM teams
  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting and territory planning

Equity Note:
Frequently cited statistics show that people who identify with historically marginalized groups are likely to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. We encourage you to help us break that statistic and apply even if you don’t meet every single qualification — your potential is what matters most to us.
