The Senior QA is responsible of identifying high-level test scenarios, write test cases, and execute manual test scripts, report and follow-up on resolution of defects.  In addition, they are responsible to carry out all QA related tasks as per the defined standards and procedures and deliver in a timely manner. Additionally, the senior QA Analyst also participates in the test strategy and test plan definitions and is able to assess impact of changes to the Ariel EAS solution from a QA perspective. The Senior QA supports and peer-reviews the tasks of other QA resources.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyzes technical documents and communicates with stakeholders (functional managers, business analysts, etc.) to understand the scope of testing
  • Develops and maintains manual test scripts (positive and negative) based on product evolution
  • Prioritizes and executes manual tests according to established priorities
  • Documents and tracks anomalies until resolution
  • Identifies and proactively communicates potential risks related to deadlines or quality
  • Performs peer reviews and supports less experienced resources
  • Provides support and training to clients and internal teams as needed

 

You're the Missing Piece of the Puzzle: 

  • University degree in computer science, mathematics, or any other related discipline
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
 Great-to-haves:
  • Experience in pension plan administration or financial services industry
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
  • Experience with Selenium and Java
