Location: This role is open to candidates across Canada
We are looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager to join our tight-knit team and help build the foundation of the company’s Customer Success team. As the Senior Project Manager, you will help our customers integrate OneVest products and services. You’re a natural problem solver, team player, and enjoy the variety that comes with managing the build out of solutions across a variety of customers, business models, and technologies. This will be a multifaceted role with a considerable opportunity for impact and contributions across the entire organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Primary point of contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions during implementations. Identify and align on strategic program goals, key performance indicators, and opportunities.
  • Plan and manage: Serve as the program manager for new customer onboarding projects and work with internal teams to ensure implementation best practices are adopted and executed.
  • Establish strategic planning sessions: Facilitate customer planning sessions to ensure plans are reviewed and product enhancements are considered for OneVest’s product roadmap.
  • Provide regular customer updates: Includes key performance indicators, successful outcome metrics, and progress updates for the Executive team and Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Leverage the Product & Technology, Operations, Revenue, and Wealth teams to represent and advocate for customer needs, strategies, opportunities and insights in order to assist with OneVest’s product roadmap and developing new product features.
  • Nurture existing accounts: Identify and communicate internally opportunities for upselling internally, providing additional recurring value, and customers best-suited to participate in research and co-development opportunities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise: Act as an SME for customers to assist in navigating their implementation from project kick-off through to business-as-usual phases.
  • Monitor and control overall project health: Own delivery tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution for assigned customers.
  • Leverage data and insights: Analyze and utilize data from new and existing customers to guide strategy and implementation of OneVest solutions.
  • Continuous improvements: Contribute to improving processes, procedures, templates, knowledge base and training documentation.
  • Mentor: Mentor Project Managers to help them learn the Wealth Management industry and grow their project management skills.

Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of experience of enterprise-focused technology implementation, project/program management, and/or management consulting work experience.
  • Experience working in wealth management/wealth technology.
  • Hands-on experience leading SaaS-based implementations including tracking, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators of project health.
  • Ability to develop strategies and standard operating procedures for SaaS-based implementations and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be flexible with working hours in order to meet our customers needs and answer their questions in a timely manner. 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience tracking, monitoring, and reporting program/project health with tooling such as Asana, Jira, or SalesForce.
  • Leading implementations of financial technology products that are configurable to customer’s requirements.
  • Ability to drive teams to meet deadlines, manage scope creep, and deliver successful outcomes for customers. 
  • Fluent in French.
