We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst – AI Adoption & Enablement to support the adoption, integration, and operationalization of enterprise AI capabilities across business and technology organizations.

This role supports enterprise AI transformation by enabling the effective adoption and integration of generative AI capabilities across business and technology organizations. Success depends on driving sustainable adoption, operational readiness, and measurable business value through close partnership with business users, technology teams, and governance stakeholders. The role emphasizes aligning AI capabilities to real‑world workflows, compliance expectations, and business outcomes in complex enterprise environments.

This is a Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing and optimizing technical infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems to support business needs effectively.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases and workflow transformation opportunities through discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis.

  • Analyze existing workflows and operational processes to identify pain points, AI‑enabled improvement opportunities, and areas of friction impacting adoption and user experience.

  • Gather, document, and refine business, functional, and operational requirements, translating business needs into structured requirements, user stories, process flows, and implementation documentation.

  • Evaluate AI platforms, productivity tools, and emerging AI capabilities by comparing features, strengths, limitations, and alignment to business and operational requirements.

  • Support the evaluation and operationalization of AI solutions such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and related generative AI capabilities within enterprise environments.

  • Collaborate with technology, governance, security, legal, and data protection teams to ensure AI use cases align with enterprise policies, regulatory expectations, and responsible AI guidelines.

  • Define, track, and report on adoption metrics, engagement KPIs, operational effectiveness, and business value outcomes, including quantification of workflow efficiencies and productivity gains.

  • Lead AI adoption and enablement activities including onboarding strategies, communications, training approaches, office hours, stakeholder engagement, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Create and maintain AI‑related documentation including business requirements, workflow analyses, feature comparisons, use case summaries, guidance materials, and governance artifacts.

  • Support UAT, feedback collection, process validation, continuous improvement, and contribute to the development of repeatable frameworks, intake processes, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, operational process improvement, enterprise technology delivery, or change initiatives.

  • Experience supporting AI, automation, digital workflow, or enterprise productivity initiatives within large, complex enterprise environments.

  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, workflow/process mapping, stakeholder interviewing, use case development, documentation, prioritization, and analysis.

  • Experience driving user adoption, enablement, communications, training, and organizational change management for enterprise technology platforms.

  • Familiarity with generative AI concepts, AI‑assisted workflows, and enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms.

  • Experience evaluating enterprise technology solutions, comparing platform capabilities, and supporting product or tool selection activities.

  • Strong ability to translate business challenges into structured requirements, actionable implementation plans, and clear documentation, including workflow analyses, feature comparisons, and guidance materials.

  • Experience working in regulated enterprise environments, collaborating with governance, risk, security, and compliance stakeholders; familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planner, or ServiceNow.

  • Strong analytical, facilitation, organizational, and problem‑solving skills; experience measuring adoption, engagement, operational effectiveness, and business value outcomes; experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred; bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred for Montreal‑based stakeholders.
