About the Role

Responsibilities 

• Lead the planning and delivery of MRA remediation initiatives within the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) domain.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Produce regular project reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; ensure effective mitigation and escalation processes.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and teams to ensure alignment and delivery of integrated outcomes.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across Cybersecurity, Fraud, Technology, Risk, and Compliance functions.
• Drive adherence to governance and control frameworks related to MRA remediation.
• Support audit readiness and evidence collection for remediation activities.
• Ensure clear documentation, traceability, and validation of all remediation commitments.
• Facilitate decision-making through structured updates and executive-level communications.
• Promote delivery excellence and continuous improvement within the Enterprise Protect delivery practice.
