What You’ll Do:

The Senior Productivity Platforms Developer at CoreWeave is pivotal in enabling efficient collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams. You will establish standards, provide self-service capabilities with guardrails, and ensure our tools are reliable, secure, and aligned with evolving organizational needs.


About the Role:

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Productivity Platforms Developer to own, administer, and scale our collaboration and work management platforms, including Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Asana, and other enterprise productivity tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring, integrating, and maintaining modern productivity platforms to support agile development and cross-functional collaboration at scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Administer and configure Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Asana, and other productivity tools to support agile workflows, project tracking, and knowledge management.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design workflows, permissions, and governance models tailored to team needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between Jira, Asana, and other tools in our development and business stack (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, Slack).
  • Leverage REST APIs and backend programming (Python and/or Go) to automate workflows and improve system interoperability.
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance and scalability; collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure uptime, backups, upgrades, and efficient operations.
  • Oversee user provisioning, permissions, and security audits across platforms to maintain compliance and governance.
  • Establish standards, guardrails, and best practices across productivity platforms while enabling self-service for teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across Jira, Asana, and Confluence to enable visibility and transparency for leadership and teams.
  • Document workflows, configurations, and policies in Confluence to support knowledge sharing and consistent adoption.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as an escalation point of contact for the IT Support & operations team.
  • Provide training to teams across the organization, ensuring best practices and effective usage of productivity platforms.
Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience administering Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, including advanced configuration, permissions, automation, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring Asana (projects, portfolios, reporting, governance).
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and how to enable them in work management tools.
  • Proven experience developing custom integrations and automations using REST APIs and backend programming (Python and/or Go).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps toolchains (GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, Slack).
  • Strong skills in security hardening, compliance, and governance across multiple SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-610, ACP-120) or Asana certifications.

  • Experience administering other enterprise collaboration services such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
