Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of our product and the bridge between our product, sales, and customer success teams. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging and positioning, and ensuring our products resonate with our target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature releases, collaborating closely with product, sales and account management teams
- Craft clear, compelling product messaging and positioning that communicates value to key audiences
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product strategy and differentiation
- Define and create all necessary sales assets needed for winning in the field and enable the sales and account management teams to be successful, including decks, one-pagers, competitive battle cards, and FAQs
- Support demand generation campaigns with targeted messaging and content
- Analyze pipeline conversion and win/loss rates, determine underlying drivers for lost opportunities and refine positioning, messaging, sales assets and/or enablement and improve sales and account management effectiveness
Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Proven success in launching and marketing products from concept to adoption
- Experience conducting customer and market research
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a startup or high-growth environment
- K-12 experience a strong asset
