To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role, you'll get to:
- Develop and execute cross-flow adoption strategies that drive TWC product co-usage, leveraging in-product touchpoints, targeted campaigns, and educational content.
- Deeply understand customer journeys and use cases for cross-product adoption, conducting research to identify key moments and barriers.
- Craft compelling messaging and narratives that illustrate the value of TWC integrations for different personas and jobs-to-be-done (JTBD).
- Create and launch customer-facing content and enablement (blogs, webinars, guides, videos) that showcase best practices and integration benefits.
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Performance Marketing to support experiments, optimize funnels, and measure impact on MAU and adoption KPIs.
- Drive champion admin and end-user engagement through tailored communications, enablement packs, and community programs.
- Own the launch and promotion of new integration features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize awareness and adoption.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to iterate and improve programs.
More about you
On your first day, we'll expect you have:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally with a focus on multi-product adoption or integrations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and engagement.
- Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into actionable programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and simplifying complex concepts.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you thrive in a matrixed environment and can influence without authority.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing programs.
- A passion for helping teams work better together and a bias for action.
It's great, but not required, if you have:
- Experience marketing to both technical and business personas.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products and the broader collaboration software landscape.
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and self-serve SaaS models.
