Atlassian is looking for a world-class Senior Product Marketer to lead Sales and Partner go-to-market and enablement efforts for Compass, our internal developer platform solution. To be successful in this role, you'll need to understand our Sales and Partner motions, working closely with both teams as well as our Product team. You will create the strategy, messaging, and content needed to accelerate pipeline and help drive revenue. This role is ideal for a customer-focused Product Marketer skilled at crafting compelling marketing narratives, content, and go-to-market strategies looking to drive measurable impact! You'll report to the Head of Product Marketing, Compass.
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and refine differentiated positioning, use cases, and demos to be used by Sales and Partners.
  • Build, package, and deliver relevant sales tools and training material, making it easy for Sales and Partners to understand our product offerings and positioning.
  • Drive PMM participation in Sales and Partner programs, plays, and other pipeline-generating activities.
  • Stay on top of customer, market, and competitive research to shape messaging, campaigns, sales enablement, and influence our product strategy
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives, including accelerating pipeline and increasing win rates, product attach rate, adoption, and customer retention.
  • Increase sales success by providing direct deal support through tactics such as account strategy, deal win stories, objection handling, and product positioning.


More about you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise Product Marketing and/or related marketing or sales roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Expert on high-touch enterprise marketing motions and buyer personas.
  • Strong storyteller, writer, and communicator with an eye for good design who can succinctly simplify complex ideas into simple, compelling messages for different audiences.
  • Structured thinker with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Cross-functional collaborator who builds relationships with senior stakeholders across from Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Product to deliver on a shared vision and goals.
  • Ability to spot opportunities and translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, campaigns, and sales plays to help us meet business objectives.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $150,700 - $200,900
Zone B: $135,600 - $180,800
Zone C: $125,000 - $166,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
