About the team

Our product team drives innovation to create a seamless, user-focused mortgage experience. Collaborating across design, engineering, and data, they develop tools that simplify the mortgage process and empower informed decisions, continuously enhancing the platform for transparency and efficiency.


What you’ll be doing

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
  • Maintain and prioritize ideas, programs, projects, stories and bugs
  • Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders
  • Orchestrate the software development lifecycle (SDLC) of any projects you will lead
  • Prepare and maintain product deliverables within our SDLC (product briefs, one-pagers, user stories, etc)
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable features and user stories
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Communicate clear acceptance criteria for each initiative
  • Track product performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned on goals and timelines
  • Be the main point of contact for any product-related questions and issues
  • Learn and master the mortgages and financial processes

Who we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a startup or scale-up.
  • Strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies
  • Experience with user research, product design, and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, intrapreneurial environment 
  • You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with people from different backgrounds;
  • You are self-driven, like fast-paced teams, and don’t mind the occasional uncertainty of a startup or have experience working in one;
  • You are detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)
