Job Introduction:

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives that drive customer value and support business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. Contribute to achieving business objectives and advancing strategic priorities for the launch of ARC in the Quebec market.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the product domain expert for dealership retail workflows, including vehicle sales, desking, F&I (Finance & Insurance), credit application and approval processes, lender integrations, compliance requirements, and deal funding lifecycle.

  • Experience working in the automotive industry and dealership management systems, with strong subject matter expertise in dealership retail operations, including desking, F&I products, finance workflows, credit bureau integrations, lender submission processes, regulatory compliance, and vehicle sales transactions.

  • Experience building scalable, user-facing, B2B products supporting dealership retail, vehicle sales, F&I, finance, and credit workflows for Canadian automotive dealerships.


Basic Qualifications:
  • 6–8 years of experience in product management, including ownership of major product lines or features

  • ​Strong background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • ​Proven success in developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments

  • ​Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

  • ​Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making

  • Bilingual French and English required because the role involves regular communication with English-speaking colleagues, stakeholders and cross-functional teams located outside Quebec.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsabilités Principales:
  • Agir en tant qu'expert(e) du domaine produit pour les processus de vente au detail en

    concession, notamment la vente de véhicules, le desking, les produits F&I (Finance et

    Assurance), les demandes et approbations de crêdit, les intégrations avec les prêteurs, les exigences de conformité réglementaire et le cycle de financement des transactions.

  • Posséder une experience dans l’industrie automobile et les systems de gestion de

    concession, ainsi qu’une solide expertise des operations de vente au detail en concession, notamment en matière de desking, de produits F&I (Finance et Assurance), de processus de financement, d’intégrations avec les bureaux de credit, de processus de soumission aux prêteurs, de conformité réglementaire et de transactions de vente de véhicules.

  • Avoir de l'expérience dans la conception de produits B2B évolutifs et destinés aux

    utilisateurs, qui soutiennent les activités de vente au détail des concessions automobiles canadiennes, notamment la vente de véhicules, les produits F&I, le financement et les processus de credit.

Qualifications de base:
  • 6 à 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits, incluant la responsabilité de lignes de

    produits ou de fonctionnalités majeures

  • Solide expérience avec les produits SaaS, les plateformes infonuagiques (cloud) ou les

    produits technologiques destinés aux entreprises.

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en informatique, en génie ou dans un domaine connexe; un diplôme de niveau supérieur est un atout

  • Expérience démontrées dans le développement et la mise à l’échelle de produits dans les environnements interfonctionnels.

  • Excellentes compétences analytiques, en leadership et en communication

  • Expérience avec les méthodologies Agile, des outils de gestion du cycle de vie des produits et la prise de décision fondée sur les données

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis — ce poste exige des communications régulières avec des collègues, des parties prenantes et des équipes transversales situées à l'extérieur du Québec et s'exprimant en anglais.
