About the job

Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, London, or Dublin.

This is a product role where a good idea in the morning can be in the product by the evening.

You’ll own Payments & Finance: the systems behind how we manage credit lines, financial exposure, risk, and complex payment requirements across our Stays business.

You’ll run it as a full business and product domain. You’re accountable for the outcomes, economics, priorities, and product decisions. You’ll help define what success looks like, then decide with your team what to prioritise, what to test, what to build, and where to make trade-offs.

The problem underneath is complex. We extend credit to clients, manage financial risk across growing transaction volumes, and handle different payment rules for different partners. How do you make all of that scalable, reliable, and commercially sustainable as the business grows?

What makes it interesting for you
  • You can move extremely fast. There’s very little red tape, teams make their own product decisions, and the culture is much closer to ask for forgiveness than wait for permission. If something makes sense, you can test it quickly instead of spending weeks getting alignment.
  • You own the path to the outcome. You’ll agree what success looks like, then decide with your team how to get there.
  • You get hard financial infrastructure problems. Credit exposure, risk, ledgers, and complex payment flows all need to work together as transaction volumes grow.
  • You’ll help build Nuitee’s product organisation. We got to roughly €1B in booking value without a proper product org. Now we’re building one, and you’ll help shape it as we push toward €10B.

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, was profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and works with companies such as Revolut, Grab, Hopper, Priceline, and Sabre. This role comes with meaningful equity, so when we hit our next growth milestones, you get real upside in the company you’re helping build.

The kind of problems you’ll work on
  • How do we manage credit lines and financial exposure as transaction volumes grow, reducing risk without limiting business growth?
  • How do we support complex client-specific payment requirements, including virtual cards, charging rules, and payment timing, without creating operational complexity?
  • How do we make ledgers, financial workflows, and payment operations more scalable, reliable, and automated as the business grows?
This role fits if you
  • Have owned a product or business area end to end for several years and can show the outcomes you drove.
  • Understand financial systems and payment flows, especially credit, ledgers, risk management, or financial exposure.
  • Can work closely with Finance and Risk teams, understand complex financial processes, and turn them into product decisions.
  • Are comfortable working closely with engineering on technically complex products.
  • Have worked in a high-pressure environment where you were expected to drive the outcome yourself.
  • Can balance commercial opportunities, customer requirements, and financial risk, and are willing to go deep into the underlying business mechanics.

Fintech, payments, or credit experience matters more to us than travel experience.

Nuitée moves quickly, has little process, and gives people a lot of room to make decisions. You’ll do well here if ambiguity does not slow you down, you like going deep into difficult problems, and you want to be accountable for what your product actually delivers.

If this sounds like your kind of product role, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The process is straightforward and typically takes 2–3 weeks.

Nuitée’s API-first platform is solving this, enabling businesses to access hotel inventory seamlessly and at scale.
  • World-Class Backing: Backed by Accel and visionary leaders across tech and travel—including Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify—we’re equipped to scale our ambition globally.
  • Bootstrapped Resilience, Startup Agility: Having grown profitably for years without external funding, we combine operational discipline with the speed and innovation of a scaling startup.
  • Global Impact: Our infrastructure supports partners like Google, Grab, worldwide fintechs, superapps, travel companies and others
