- Own the end-to-end design journey: Dive into collaborative design sessions and lead the design process to bring innovative concepts to life, from initial discovery and whiteboard concepts, to high fidelity, dev-ready specs.
- Design intuitive client dashboards: Design and prototype intuitive dashboards to support complex data visualizations, automated reporting and AI-driven workflows.
- Design for reusability: collaborate directly with engineers to ensure the design-to-dev pipeline is seamless and consistent.
- Validate assumptions and build with curiosity: Conduct user research and rapid prototyping to test new product hypotheses before they hit the engineering roadmap.
Here’s what will qualify you for the role:
- 10+ Years of UX/UI design experience: Bring your extensive expertise to the table with a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences that marry form with function.
- Master of design systems: Demonstrate your prowess in building and maintaining design systems, ensuring cohesion and efficiency across all design endeavors.
- Proficiency in Figma: Command the digital design landscape with your proficiency in Figma, utilizing its robust features to bring your creative visions to life.
- Experience working with Tailwind.
- Startup savvy: Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, where initiative and adaptability are the keys to success. Experience within a 0-1 product environment is a nice-to-have.
- AI curious: Experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping.
- Bilingual communication: Effortlessly communicate in both French and English, fostering seamless collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
