At Osedea, design plays a strategic role. You’ll lead the end-to-end design process, from framing user and business problems to delivering high-fidelity solutions alongside developers.
You’ll thrive in this role if you work efficiently and independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and bring strategic thinking to client challenges. We’re a collaborative team, so being a team player and contributing to the growth of our design practice is just as important as your individual skills.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is reflected in implementation
  • Present and communicate your design rationale clearly to both clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to internal design reviews, support other designers, and help evolve our design standards
  • Stay up to date on tools, trends, and methods that elevate the craft of product design

The ideal candidate

  • You have 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a consulting, agency, or tech environment.
  • You are highly efficient and autonomous, able to manage your time and priorities with minimal oversight.
  • You excel in stakeholder management, confident in meetings and capable of aligning teams around clear direction.
  • You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and enjoy working cross-functionally.
  • You bring a strategic lens to design problems, considering both user needs and business objectives.
  • You are collaborative by nature, regularly engaging with peers to push the quality of the work.
  • You are deeply curious, with a strong interest in understanding human behavior, motivation, and decision-making
  • You are fluent in Figma, you have high skill working within design systems and responsive design across devices and platforms
  • You have proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • You have experience in an Agile methodology team.
  • You are comfortable working in French and communicating internally and with clients.

It’s a plus if you have experience working

  • On B2B platforms, internal tools, or enterprise software
  • With clients in manufacturing, healthcare or AI
  • In an environment with rapid iteration and MVPs

What we offer

  • Competitive Salary and contribution to your pension plan (RRSP)
  • Flexible hours of work and choose how you work
  • Work from anywhere up to 8 weeks
  • Paid sabbatical
  • Wellness and productivity spending account
  • Parental program
  • Activities
  • Training
  • And more...
