About the role

As a Senior Producer, you will lead the live operations and release management of our flagship mobile game. This role is central to ensuring smooth content delivery, ongoing player engagement, and the continuous evolution of our game post-launch. You’ll be the driving force that keeps the live service thriving — balancing creative ambitions, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll achieve

  • Deliver against the end-to-end live operations strategy, including event scheduling, seasonal content, promotions, and monetization campaigns.
  • Partner with the Product, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver high-impact work against the team’s goals and optimize engagement, retention, and revenue through live events and updates.
  • Develop and maintain a live ops calendar that aligns with both short-term tactical goals and long-term product vision.
  • Oversee all build submissions, release schedules, and deployment pipelines across multiple app stores and platforms.
  • Manage coordination between development, QA, marketing, and external partners to ensure timely and stable releases.
  • Define and enforce release processes and quality standards to minimize risks and ensure build stability.
  • Serve as the central communication hub for live operations and release efforts, driving alignment across disciplines.
  • Lead post-mortem analyses after major releases and live events to capture learnings and improve future execution.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Strong background in game production, with deep hands-on experience driving live operations and mobile game launches
  • Proven track record of running live service games with regular content updates.
  • Strong understanding of mobile game monetization systems, player engagement loops, and retention strategies.
  • Experience managing app store submissions, build pipelines, and patch deployment cycles.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar task management platforms.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile gaming ecosystems.
  • Experience leading a cross-discipline sub team in delivering game features and content.

Why join us
There are many reasons to join us, but here are a few:

  • We strongly believe we are changing how games studios operate and at the core of what we do is making great games that create a connected community
  • We're not just about making Games Where You Belong. We're also about building communities where our people belong. That's why Fortis is a thriving environment that celebrates diversity, embraces inclusivity, and fosters growth.
  • Build and grow with a seasoned team of accomplished talent who have left an impactful mark in their disciplines, both in and out of gaming
