Senior Procurement Analyst
Rate: P55,000 to P70,000 salary package
The Temp Labor Category Senior Analyst in Procurement is responsible for supporting the strategic sourcing, management, and optimization of contingent labor, temporary staffing, and related services. This role will perform the day to day management and tasks of the company’s contingent workforce needs. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Management & Execution
- Support the development and execution of procurement strategies for temporary labor and contingent workforce services.
- Assist in supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and vendor performance management.
- Author statements of work and change orders according to legal requirements set forth in policy and the governing master agreement.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze labor spend, supplier performance, and workforce utilization to identify cost efficiencies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs, compliance, and cost savings.
Stakeholder & Supplier Collaboration
- Work with HR, Operations, and Business Units to carry out and optimize temp labor needs.
- Partner with vendors to ensure all contract and SOW requirements are documented prior to execution
- Address supplier-related issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and risk assessments related to temporary labor suppliers.
- Monitor and mitigate potential risks in contingent workforce management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or workforce management, preferably with exposure to temp labor or contingent workforce categories.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement and related systems.
- Knowledge of labor market trends, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing agency negotiations, contingent worker management and managed service provider (MSP) programs.
- Understanding of employment regulations, classification laws, and compliance requirements for contingent labor.
- Experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
