We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing and an expert-level aptitude in managing platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Develop scalable performance marketing strategies that align with Novisto's business goals. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and audience targeting
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS, Cost per Qualified Opp) to refine strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
  • Plan and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively across channels to maximize impact.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders. Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking and optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ strategies, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing roles within B2B SaaS companies.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and differentiated campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or managing a small team is a plus.
