About Solink

At Solink, our mission is to safeguard what matters most. We provide businesses with the tools to know sooner and act faster by transforming video security into real-time operational insights.

Our cloud-based platform integrates seamlessly with your existing cameras and systems, turning them into intelligent sensors that detect and interpret key moments. This empowers teams to make data-driven decisions, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency.

Trusted by over 30,000 locations across 32+ countries - including brands like McDonald’s and JYSK - Solink delivers clarity when it counts. Our solutions help businesses reduce shrink, optimize performance, and respond proactively to potential threats.

We're growing rapidly, earning industry recognition, and scaling with purpose. We’ve been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50™ and Fast 500™, Business Intelligence Group, and as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work. And we’re just getting started!

The Role

As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence and insight across Solink’s partner ecosystem. You'll work cross-functionally to streamline processes, deliver data-driven recommendations, and support the scale of high-performing partner programs.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, turning data into action, and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze Partner Performance: Monitor and report on key partner KPIs (e.g., ARR, activation, retention) to identify trends and drive strategic improvements.

  • Optimize Partner Operations: Improve workflows for onboarding, enablement, and support to boost consistency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.

  • Enhance Systems & Tools: Own the administration and optimization of CRM (Salesforce), PRM (MindMatrix), and BI tools to ensure actionable insights and clean data.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align partner strategies with sales, product, finance, and marketing to support go-to-market success.

  • Lead Feedback Loops: Capture and relay partner feedback to internal teams to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • Experienced Operator: You have 5+ years of experience in a partner operations, business operations, or similar analytical role within a SaaS organization. You understand how to support partnerships through process, tooling, and insight.

  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and experienced with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. You don’t just report metrics—you derive insights that drive action.

  • CRM & Tech Stack Fluent: You’ve worked with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and have hands-on familiarity with automation and partner lifecycle platforms like MindMatrix or PartnerStack.

  • Process Architect: You have a knack for building and improving repeatable, scalable processes. You know how to document clearly and concisely using tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, or Notion.

  • Clear Communicator: You can translate data into a narrative and deliver insights that resonate with both technical stakeholders and business leaders. You’re just as effective in a dashboard as you are in a meeting room.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience leading the implementation of PRM platforms

  • Exposure to SaaS partner strategy and channel programs

  • Background in cross-system data integration and cleanup initiatives

Security Requirements
  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
