We are looking for the best talent for the Sr Partner Learning & Instructional Design, to be based in either Mexico City, Mexico - Panama City, Panama, Bogota, Colombia, or Sao Paulo, Brasil.
Purpose: Responsible for the design and development of all functional training assets required to execute the Field and Value Teams learning strategy. Translates learning program designs into engaging, high-quality learning experiences across formats. Supports the Learning Strategy Manager in coordinating learning plans and driving deployment consistency with countries. Works closely with Platforms & Content Factory and Content Operations to ensure assets are produced to standard and enabled on platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop functional training assets across all formats, aligned to the Field and Value Teams strategy
- Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional design methodologies
- Define storyboards, scripts, and specifications for vendor-produced assets via Content Operations
- Ensure assets meet content formats, quality standards, and platform-readiness requirements
- Support the Learning Strategy Manager in coordinating and maintaining the Regional Learning Plan
- Drive deployment consistency with clear asset packages and guidance for Country L&D Business Partners
- Coordinate local adaptation of assets within defined standards and quality guidelines
- Ensure Moments that Matter assets are ready, accessible, and platform-enabled ahead of deployment
- Brief vendors and review deliverables with Content Operations to ensure on-time, on-spec production
- Collaborate with Platforms to tag, format, and enable content across the ecosystem (LMS, Axonify, digital tools)
- Provide input on content architecture and metadata from a learning design perspective
- Review feedback, assessment results, and adoption data to improve existing assets and programs
- Stay current on instructional design trends, tools, and technologies
- Contribute to design templates, standards, and best practices for the L&D organization
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree completed
- Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or content development, ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial settings
- Proven ability to design multi-format learning assets (digital, virtual, face-to-face, blended)
- Experience working with external agencies or vendors for content production
- Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS, Axonify) and digital content tools (Articulate, Adobe, Canva, video)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities
- Advanced English level
