As Senior Paid Media Manager, you'll strategize and execute cross-channel paid media campaigns, manage budgets, ensure efficiency, and collaborate with teams to drive growth and efficiency.

As Senior Paid Media Manager, you will own cross-channel paid media end to end-strategy, execution, measurement, forecasting, and pacing - to help accelerate this growth story. You’ll manage substantial multi-platform budgets (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, X/Twitter, Reddit, Spotify, and more), build systems (including AI-enabled alerts and QA guardrails)
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and scale integrated campaigns across search, social, display, and audio to hit growth goals.
- Budgeting, Pacing & P&L: Forecast spend, manage pacing by channel/geo/audience, and protect efficiency (no over/underspend).
- Experimentation: Build and run structured test roadmaps (bids, audiences, creative, landing pages), document learnings, and operationalize wins.
- Measurement & Analytics: Own conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and events. Build dashboards and deep dives in Looker Studio and GA4; translate analysis into decisions.
- Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Web, Sales/RevOps, and Data, and coordinate with external agency partners/contractors to align messaging, landing experiences, and attribution.
- Systems & Safeguards: Design and maintain scalable operating systems-integrate AI where useful (e.g., scripted alerts, anomaly detection, bulk QA, creative variant generation), and implement QA checklists and guardrails to prevent errors and budget leakage.
- Communication & Reporting: Deliver weekly pacing updates and executive-ready narratives; present forecasts and “what it takes” models for different growth scenarios.
Required Qualifications (applications without these will not be considered)
- 7+ years of hands-on paid media experience (minimum 5-7 years) owning multi-channel campaigns.
- Direct ownership of at least 4 of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, X (Twitter) Ads, Reddit Ads, Spotify Ads Manager.
- Proven track record managing $5M+ per year in aggregate paid media spend while meeting or beating CAC/ROAS targets.
- Expert in Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Google Analytics 4, plus experience with at least one user-level analytics platform (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap).
- Strong understanding of machine-learning bidding strategies (e.g., tROAS, tCPA, Maximize Conversions/Value)-how they learn, ramp, and can be guided via signal quality, budgets, conversion definitions, and audience seeds.
- Demonstrated competence in forecasting, scenario modeling, and channel-level P&L management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to brief creatives, align stakeholders, and present to leadership.

- DV360 (programmatic/video/CTV/audio) and/or SA360 (multi-engine search management).
- Digital out-of-home (DOOH) buying or planning.
- Conversion-oriented copywriting for ads and landing pages.
- SQL or scripting experience for analytics/reporting.
