StackAdapt is hiring a Senior Motion Designer to join our innovative design team and help elevate our brand storytelling across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys pushing the boundaries of animation, video, and visual storytelling. If you have experience leading motion projects, directing visuals, and designing for large-scale experiences such as events and exhibitions, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:- Own end-to-end motion design projects, from concept and storytelling to final delivery.
 - Create a diverse range of motion content, including brand videos, event visuals, promotional assets, social media animations, and more.
 - Support art and motion direction on key projects, ensuring creative consistency and high visual standards across all deliverables.
 - Transform marketing and product messages into engaging visual stories that inspire and connect emotionally with audiences.
 - Support large-scale marketing initiatives through event videos, promotional edits, social clips, web animations, GIFs, and other creative assets.
 - Integrate AI-driven techniques and generative tools into your workflow to enhance creativity, speed, and innovation.
 - Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to bring campaigns and product narratives to life through motion.
 - Build and maintain a library of templates and motion assets to increase efficiency and scalability across the team.
 - Explore and experiment with new animation formats, including 2D and 3D, to push the brand’s creative expression forward.
 
- A degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
 - 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and video editing.
 - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), with advanced skills in video editing, colour grading, and sound design.
 - A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize complex ideas, define art and motion direction, and execute high-quality creative storytelling using both 2D and 3D principles.
 - Ability to conceptualize complex ideas and develop creative storytelling frameworks/storyboards that establish narrative flow.
 - Drive art and motion direction, defining visual style and motion pieces.
 - High-quality execution in motion design and animation that leave an impression.
 - A solid understanding of graphic design, typography, colour, composition, and layout.
 - Experience creating motion content for events, exhibitions, or immersive environments.
 - Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and other generative video/animation platforms.
 - Comfortable working on multiple projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative.
 - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
 - Passion for creativity, learning, and continuously pushing design boundaries.
